(Svenska) From yesterday’s late start, I got up early today and started with happiness at the gym. Only a short pitstop to do back: up seated row, row and pull ups.
At 18:00 I will give a class in Les Mills Sprint. 30 min HIIT exercise for strength, endurance, speed and burn! I think after a glass of Champagne at Red Shoe Bar will be just great!
